MATT SCHOFIELD

At last Matt’s new CD hits retail in the UK and Europe (today, May 11). For our friends in the USA, Canada and elsewhere, you have another week to wait, though you can get the album via digital download now.

HOT NEWS……. Matt will be the special guest of SUSAN TEDESCHI and her band at the 100 CLUB in London on July 30. Grab your tickets now!

Meantime, Matt will be playing around the UK in June and early July, starting June 18 at the delightful Blues on the Farm festival in Chichester. June 23 has a show in Bristol with another Nugene artist, Denny Ilett, making a guest appearance.

Matt plays festivals in Germany, Hungary, Italy and Belgium in July and then makes his annual visit to the International Guitar Festival in Bath for the Matt Schofield Blues Academy.

Listen out for a live session on the Paul Jones Show on June 15, BBC Radio2 7-8pm (or listen again on the BBC web site for up to a week later).

There are features on Matt upcoming in Guitarist magazine and Guitar & Bass magazine, and an interview appears in the latest Blues Matters. There are also a load of press features upcoming in Holland and Belgium: Revolver, Jazz and Stage magazines to name just three.

IAN SIEGAL

Ian’s UK band tour starts May 19 in Sheffield and finishes May 31 in Leicester during which time he makes a quick visit to the Hague Jazz festival for a solo performance.

For the most part, Ian’s summer will be spent around mainland Europe (Hungry, Sweden, Italy, Spain, Belgium, Slovenia), though he does have a few UK dates in June and can be seen at the charming Trowbridge Pump Festival in Wiltshire July 25.

The new album is finished and is………very, very good !!! Expect it to be released in the Autumn.

SIMON McBRIDE

Simon has been invited to play on the main stage at the London International Music Show, ExCel on Sunday, June 14.

Simon’s show is free entry, though you will have to pay to get into the main exhibition show. If you fancy going we have a Ł3 discount voucher, which is being shipped with all orders (for any CDs) from the Nugene web site.

T-99

Netherlands no.1 roots rockers play the ever-growing Latitudes festival in the UK on the night of July 18. Music headliners at this music-theatre-comedy-poetry-film-opera weekend include Nick Cave, Grace Jones and The Doves.

T-99 appear as part of radio presenter Mark Lamarr’s God’s Jukebox in the Film & Music arena.
