recorded in 2007 at a live-to-air radio broadcast for Holland’s NPS network, LIVE FROM THE ARCHIVE reprieves songs from Schofield’s first two albums. There is also the only recording to-date of his ever-popular rendition of Black Cat Bone. The nine tracks include an 18-minute version of The Letter, in which Messrs schofield, Henderson and Jenkins amply demonstrate their improvisational skills. The whole album bristles with the musicianship and energy for which Schofield is renowned.
